How do I determine whether a Seller or Buyer is Verified, Unverified, International or International-Verified?

When you send a payment, the recipient's status (Verified, Unverified, International, or International-Verified) will appear next to their email address on the 'Check Payment Details' page. The recipient's status is also a link to a pop-up window which displays length of PayPal membership, the recipient's Seller Reputation Number, and any customer service contact information that the seller has provided for communicating with buyers.
