Is hosting refundable?

Hosting is refundable if we have verified that your site was down on 2 computers (usually yours and mine) at the same time for more than an hour. The refund rate is the Hosting Rate divided by the number of days in the month, then multiplied by the number of days we were able to verify that the site was down.

Hosting is also refundable if for some reason we are no longer able to provide service.

We are not financially responsible for any financial loses you may have suffered because of server down time.
