What if I don't like the design that you come up with?

Our goal is to make you happy so we will work with you to try to come up with a design that you do like. Our plan is to be proactive. That means we will outline as clearly as possible what your design specifications are and then agree upon them. That being said, if the site has been designed to the specifications that we had all previously agreed on we can still make minor changes. However, you will be billed $30 per hour for any time spent over 2 hours. If the changes that you are requesting are a complete departure from the design specifications that we agreed on then you will be billed $30 per hour for the entire time spent on the changes.
