Do you send out invoices to remind us to pay?

We do not send out invoices to our customers that are paying monthly. It is your responsibility to insure that your payment is in on time. For simplicity, all hosting plans start on the 1st of the month at midnight and end the last day of the month at midnight. If your payment has not been received by the 1st day of the month it is late. You have a 10 day grace period. If your payment is more than 10 days late your site will be turned off until you make a payment.

We do send out invoices to our customers that are paying annually. Our annual customers have a 30 day grace period. You should receive your invoice about 30 days before your payment is due.
